Job Summary:
Thrive Homes is seeking a Qualified Agent (QA) with an active residential general contractor's license in the eastern part of the state of Pennsylvania. This individual will act as the QA for the company's residential general contracting projects in eastern Pennsylvania. A successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with Pennsylvania's state regulations and licensing requirements. The QA works closely with project managers and other team members to oversee the success of residential projects when needed, particularly those related to ADA renovations and home modifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the QA for Thrive Homes residential general contracting projects in Pennsylvania.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations, including permitting, licensing, and inspection processes.

Requirements:

  • Active residential general contractor's license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential general contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania's building codes, permitting processes, and licensing requirements.

Working Conditions:

  • This position primarily involves overseeing residential general contracting projects in east Pennsylvania, which may include both remote work and occasional on-site visits as needed.
