Job Details
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 12 Months with option to extend
  • We are a leader in rich media collaboration, review and approval for creative work-in-progress assets. We are seeking a GTM Contract Specialist that is highly skilled in project management and can lead and coordinate the execution of complex processes around account, contract, SKU, and product migrations. This role is crucial for the successful transition of accounts as customers transition into Adobe’s systems.
What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with internal teams to migrate customers off legacy contracts while assessing their upgrade experience, features, or capabilities.
  • Drive and communicate migration plans and timelines to customers.
  • Develop internal and external facing artifacts to help articulate this migration process.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on overall migration progress and blockers.
  • Guide and collaborate with CSMs, Sales, and Deal Desk for existing and new customer contract migrations.
  • Become an expert and advisor on processes related to contracts and their corresponding software migrations.
  • Develop insights based on customer engagement and help guide business decisions.
  • Be a change management agent supporting customers to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Go-to-Market or Product Marketing in the SaaS space, ideally serving an Enterprise-level segment.
  • Proactive contributor with strong leadership, collaboration, and people management skills—can work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and CSM teams.
  • Project management expertise to keep multiple, concurrent tasks organized and contributors/stakeholders informed.
  • Able to distill complex ideas into powerful, relevant, internal and external customer-facing messaging.
  • Track record of delivering effective marketing programs and messaging that demonstrate original thinking.
