Are you an active, licensed life insurance agent tired of restrictive "captive" contracts, low commission caps, or lack of lead transparency?

Key Responsibilities- Consultative Sales: Conduct high-level financial protection assessments for diverse client portfolios.
- Carrier Selection: Leverage our platform to quote and bind policies across 50+ carriers, ensuring the best fit for the client.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our advanced CRM and automation tools to manage high-volume lead flows and client renewals.
- Scale & Lead: (Optional) Build and mentor your own agency within our ecosystem to generate override income.
- Uncapped High-Contract Levels: Competitive commission tiers with performance-based increases.
- Zero Commission Splits on Leads: Access high-intent leads at cost; keep 100% of your earned commission.
