Job description

LHH is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lease Negotiator to join our clients team. In this role, you will negotiate business terms with property owners for cell site lease amendments, rent mitigations, landlord consents, and real estate rights acquisitions related to cell towers and antennas.
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and close lease acquisitions, extensions, consents, and rent mitigation agreements to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain strong closing ratios and ensure transactions are completed within designated timelines
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reporting on transaction pipelines to senior management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to property owners and stakeholders
  • Review lease, deed, and easement documents and assist with due diligence processes
  • Coordinate execution of agreements, including use of DocuSign and follow-up on documentation
  • Utilize internal systems (including Salesforce and DataTree) to track and manage transactions
  • Support lead generation efforts through outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship management
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications:
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work with basic financial models and analyze outputs
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
