iPullRank is an eleven-year-old digital marketing remote agency based in New York City, founded by industry trailblazer Michael King. We're not here to follow trends-we set them. Our team blends technical expertise with creativity to deliver SEO, Content, and Generative AI services that drive results. We work with some of the biggest names across eCommerce, Financial Services, and Media brands, as well as ambitious mid-sized businesses, crafting strategies that don't just compete but dominate.
Our Values: PROUD
At iPullRank, we live by our values:
  • Proactive: We don't wait for problems-we solve them.
  • Reliable: When we commit, we deliver.
  • Outstanding: We aim for extraordinary, every time.
  • Urgent: We prioritize purposeful action to drive results
  • Disciplined: Our consistency and accountability lead to excellence.

These principles shape every decision, every campaign, and every success story.
Position Description
As iPullRank's Senior Content Producer, you are the architect of our execution. Reporting to the VP of Content, you will lead the Content Production Pillar, transforming high-level strategy and creative vision into high-polish reality. You won't just manage projects; you will build the scalable infrastructure-powered by AI and operational excellence-that allows our team to dominate across editorial, UX/UI, motion graphics, and live-action video. This isn't just a production role; it's an opportunity to own and evolve a discipline.
You will manage the Content Production team, providing mentorship and direct oversight. This is an opportunity to own a discipline, lead a team, and redefine what world-class production looks like in the age of AI. Salary range: $95K - $110K
What You'll Do
  • Architect the Machine: Translate complex creative workflows into scalable, automated ClickUp systems that serve as the single source of truth for the agency.
  • Lead the Team: Directly manage and mentor the production team, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to execute flawlessly on day-to-day deliverables.
  • AI-First Production: Proactively integrate Generative AI tools into the production lifecycle to reduce friction, accelerate drafting, and lower overhead without sacrificing quality.
  • Pillar Collaboration: Act as the primary operational bridge between our Content Strategy, Content Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure every asset is data-informed and technically sound.
  • Full-Spectrum Ownership: Own content production across written, video, audio, visual, and interactive formats, managing end-to-end workflows from brainstorm to build.
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Own project budgets from initial estimates through final reconciliation, managing staffing models and a vetted roster of global freelancers and partners.
  • Uphold the Standard: Protect deadlines and creative quality while fostering a culture of "Kind Candor" and high accountability across hybrid teams.
Who You Are
  • The Workflow Architect: You have 5+ years of experience not just following workflows, but designing the systems that guarantee high-polish, on-time delivery across diverse formats.
  • People Leader: You have experience managing direct reports and know how to empower a Project Manager to own their workstreams while maintaining overall department standards.
  • Agency-Bred: You've cut your teeth inside a fast-paced creative agency or production house where "good enough" isn't an option and premium polish is the baseline.
  • The "Chaos Pilot": You have a preternatural ability to protect the creative process from operational chaos. You clear the path for designers and writers so they can focus on "Outstanding" work.
  • The Structure-Builder: You don't just survive ambiguity-you destroy it. You have a "Product Manager" mindset and thrive when tasked with building structures from scratch.
  • The High-Bandwidth Communicator: You are the calmest person in the room. You over-communicate by default, ensuring stakeholders are never in the dark.

Requirements
  • Experience producing editorial content, web design/dev, motion design, and live-action branded video.
  • Experience producing digital marketing assets for enterprise-level clients.
  • Mastery of ClickUp (or similar project management tools) and familiarity with Figma.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, structured data, or data-informed creative.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally within siloed or complex organizations.

Benefits
  • Competitive salaries commensurate with experience
  • 100% Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 3 weeks of vacation
  • Paid sick days and holidays
