  • Manage the day-to-day production backlog and timelines in partnership with the Senior Director and Community team members to ensure timely delivery.

  • Implement and refine nimble production workflows that enable fast iteration, consistent output, and reliable delivery of content for BigFuture product experiences.

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure content is delivered in sync with product needs and timelines.

  • Incorporate feedback quickly from stakeholders and basic user engagement signals to improve content quality and speed over time

Implement Content for BigFuture Product Experiences

  • Publish, update, and maintain content in the content management system to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and appropriate placement as product features evolve.

  • Configure and adapt text, graphics, and video embeds, including articles, summaries, and supporting visuals, to guide users toward next steps such as log-in, opt-in, or deeper exploration.

  • Apply consistent formatting, structure, and accessibility standards to ensure clarity and a cohesive experience across BigFuture product pages.

  • Apply basic discoverability best practices, including clear headings, summaries, and internal linking, to support how users find, use, and return to content across BigFuture.
