You will work with structured workflows, AI-powered tools, and established content processes to create resources that help readers make informed decisions. The position combines writing, editing, SEO knowledge, and operational coordination within a fast-paced remote environment. You will collaborate with content leaders to improve workflows, maintain quality standards, and contribute ideas that enhance content production systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organized processes, digital publishing, and using technology to scale impactful content creation.

Accountabilities:
  • Produce high-quality content across multiple digital publications using established workflows, templates, standard operating procedures, and AI-powered tools.
  • Create and update software comparison content, buyer guides, and other editorial resources designed to help readers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain consistent content production velocity while ensuring accuracy, clarity, relevance, and SEO alignment.
  • Review and quality-check assigned content to ensure compliance with editorial standards, formatting requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Verify content structure, visuals, calls-to-action, internal links, and other publishing elements are correctly implemented.

  • Identify recurring issues, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement within content production processes.
  • Provide feedback to enhance templates, prompts, and AI-assisted editorial systems.
  • Ensure all content delivers value to readers and meets quality expectations beyond competing resources.
  • Support freelance contributors when needed and help maintain consistency across content outputs.
  • Manage multiple content assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and publishing goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in content production, content coordination, editorial operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing, and on-page optimization best practices.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and engaging content for digital audiences.
  • Experience following detailed workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures with accuracy.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of an organized content production process.
  • Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience writing about SaaS products or software solutions is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Clearscope is an advantage.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote contract opportunity available across Canada.
  • Initial 1-month contract with potential extension to 3–6 months based on performance and business needs.
  • Opportunity to work with AI-powered content creation systems and innovative editorial workflows.
  • Flexible remote work environment with a globally distributed team.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in SEO, digital publishing, and AI-driven content operations.
  • Exposure to multiple industries, software solutions, and business-focused publications.
  • Collaborative environment focused on learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas that shape future content processes and technologies.
