Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant with a proven background developing direct relationships with hospital systems and Revenue Cycle leadership teams across the United States.

The Enterprise Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with hospital systems nationwide (excluding California and New York markets). This individual will focus on securing direct hire and contract-to-hire staffing partnerships within Revenue Cycle departments.

The ideal candidate has established experience selling directly to hospital leadership, specifically VP of Revenue Cycle and Chief Revenue Cycle Officers, and understands the operational challenges healthcare systems face within Revenue Cycle Management.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Midwest or Southeast United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage direct relationships with hospital systems nationwide
  • Prospect and secure new staffing partnerships within Revenue Cycle and HIM departments
  • Call on VP of Revenue Cycle, Chief Revenue Cycle Officers, and other healthcare executive stakeholders
  • Drive direct hire and contract-to-hire staffing opportunities
  • Conduct outbound business development through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare staffing opportunities
  • Collaborate internally with recruiting teams to ensure successful client delivery
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on long-term partnerships
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare staffing or healthcare workforce solutions
  • Proven experience calling directly on hospital systems
  • Demonstrated success selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Chief Revenue Cycle Officers, or similar executive leadership
  • Experience securing direct relationships outside of MSP/VMS environments
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle operations and healthcare staffing needs
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
