Job description

Position: Certified OutSystems Architect (Ref: 5696)
Candidates will be required to provide references that align with the qualifications, along with copies of certifications and degree copy -per client's requirement.
Remote work.
Rate DOE.
Duration: 12-18 months.
Must pass a state and federal background check which includes fingerprints.
Preference for candidate to be living in California.
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Twelve (12) years, if substituting bachelor’s degree for additionalnqualifying experience.
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field and a copy attached unless substituting with experience.
  • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Additional Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Possession of one (1) or more OutSystems certifications, including, but not limited to Tech Lead (O11), Web Developer Specialist (O11), Expert Developer (O11), Architecture Specialist (O11), Security Specialist (O11), or equivalent.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a Senior Outsystems Technical Lead/Architect responsible for designing the high-level structure (architecture) of the software system, making key technical decisions, and guiding development teams through decisions pertaining to performance, security, scalability and more.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a Senior Outsystems Configuration Specialist (Developer) responsible for designing and developing solutions within the OutSystems 11 platform deployed within an aPaaS model.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience leading design and development of OutSystems reusable and scalable common components, including but not limited to workflow engine, task management engine, rule engine and other application functionalities.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience providing insights into business requirements and technical recommendations through in-depth requirements and systems analysis.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience using Service Studio, Integration Studio, data modeling, BPT (Business Process Technology), server/client actions, UI customization, and advanced features like cross-platform data sync.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience conducting code review and ensuring minimal technical debt and adherence to development, coding, and security standards and best practices.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, development best practices and guidelines.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience utilizing technologies to enhance and/or integrate with OutSystems applications, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET C#, RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience architecting, developing and integrating OutSystems solutions with a third-party customer identity and access management system/identity provider such as Okta/Auth0, Entra ID, Ping Identity or equivalent.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience identifying root causes and addressing performance bottlenecks in OutSystems applications.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience developing web solutions that comply with accessibility requirements from the WCAG version 2.1 and version 2.2, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
