Job description

Icertis Configuration Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Configuration Specialist, you understand that successful platforms go beyond an attractive interface and robust data management. You must combine clean configuration, effective APIs, insightful analytics, and reliable cloud infrastructure to deliver user-centric solutions. We're seeking a configuration specialist like you to oversee and optimize cloud-based software from initial vision to production-ready deployment in a dynamic, agile environment.

We are looking for a skilled Configuration Specialist with extensive experience in the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, specifically focusing on the configuration, development, and support of the Icertis GovCon module. The successful candidate should possess practical knowledge in configuring Icertis workflows, security settings, master data, integrations, document templates, and GovCon-specific features-including FAR/DFARS compliance, contract flow downs, government contract frameworks, and regulated approval processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Work with us to develop systems that create change for the better.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in ICI platform administration

  • Experience implementing or supporting Icertis GovCon functionality

  • Experience working in government contracting or highly regulated environments

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations

  • Experience configuring contract types, master data templates, clauses, business rules, workflows, and managing data processes to meet specific needs

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies

  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices

  • Ability to collaborate and work closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders, end users, and solution leads to design and configure system functionality

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business

  • Icertis Administrator, Icertis Practitioner, and AI/ML Certifications

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting U.S. Government programs, with familiarity in federal contracting processes, requirements, and the nuances of working with the USG

  • Experience integrating COTS products, such as Salesforce, Integrify, and Databricks

  • Experience establishing an Icertis support model, and training desktop support professionals to deliver tier 1 and 2 support for business users

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of strong problem-solving and analytical skills
