Job description

Summary

The Configuration Technician provides support to field services by configuration/imaging of Desktops, Laptops, & Network Equipment prior to deployment. The Configuration Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site content and consumables.

Duties and Responsibilities

Configuration and imaging of Thin Clients, Desktops, Laptops & Network equipment for all cb20 customers.

Proper inventory management and asset tracking through cb20 and customer tools.

Order, maintain, organize, and issue inventory of approved supplies and company equipment

Assist with repositioning, loading and unloading of inventory

Deliver and pick up materials as needed

Provide excellent customer service

Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment.

Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.

Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
Skills: A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An openness to learning new technologies. Forklift experience preferred.
Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the department.
Lifting: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
