Greenleaf Health Partners is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our telehealth services, you will provide specialized mental health care to individuals navigating the complex pathways of trauma recovery. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually.

This role is entirely remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from anywhere while benefiting from a flexible work schedule. • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, helping clients articulate their trauma experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and foster resilience.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated treatment approaches for complex cases.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in trauma-related situations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client needs.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources, fostering understanding and engagement in the recovery process.
• Maintain all documentation meticulously and in compliance with legal and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of patient information.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, utilizing these opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing focused on advancing trauma-informed care.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and related psychological conditions. Your work will significantly contribute to their recovery journeys, helping them rebuild their lives following difficult experiences. By utilizing trauma-informed methodologies, you will empower clients to reclaim their narratives and foster healing through therapeutic interventions.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Colorado.
• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment practices.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during stressful situations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies for effective patient management.
• A commitment to collaboration, working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
• Hands-on experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to trauma recovery.
• A background in crisis intervention and management.
