• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, understanding their unique circumstances to develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to support personal growth and resilience.
• Regularly evaluate therapeutic progress by setting clear goals and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement in client outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services efficiently through secure digital platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with new methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Your expertise will allow you to engage with clients from various backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs while empowering them on their mental health journeys.

• Current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients in various emotional states.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for managing caseloads in a remote setting.

While not mandatory, applicants with prior experience in teletherapy or a strong foundation in evidence-based practices will have an advantage. A history of helping clients with trauma or anxiety disorders is highly valued, as is experience with specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based therapy.

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. We provide a variety of benefits, including:
