Istanbul, İstanbul, Turkey Remote Customer Advisor for HBO Max (German Speaker) Turkey-based

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription-related questions across multiple channels.

This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

Project: HBO Max Contract: Full-Time Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey) Languages Required: German C1, English B1 Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week) Summer Shifts 10:00 19:00, 13:00 22:00, 16:00 01:00 Winter Shifts 11:00 20:00, 14:00 23:00, 17:00 02:00

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support through phone, email, chat and social media
  • Assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries
  • Follow internal processes and escalate cases when needed
  • Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Your Profile
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Turkish ID (must reside in Turkey)
