Job description

Employment Solutions is seeking several Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist individuals affected by natural disasters. This critical support role involves handling high-volume inbound calls with empathy and efficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time hours required
  • Hours of operation: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM EST, 7 days a week
  • Must be available for weekend shifts and 1–2 evening/night shifts per week
  • Overtime may be required based on call volume

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from individuals impacted by natural disasters
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding application status, eligibility, and next steps
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide callers through online portals and forms
  • Manage sensitive, stressful conversations with professionalism and compassion
  • Navigate multiple systems and websites during calls
  • Maintain accurate call logs and case documentation
  • Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–3 years of stable work experience, preferably in high-volume call centers
  • High-speed internet (hard-wired connection required — no Wi-Fi)
  • Smartphone required to install and use a company-designated app
