The Clarigent Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to provide a safe and professional environment.
  • Thoroughly assess each client's mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, observations, and discussions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a therapeutic space that encourages openness and sharing among participants.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries, ensuring documentation meets legal and ethical standards.

  • Stay informed about developments in the field and participate in ongoing professional development, seeking out training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarigent, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
