Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique dynamics of each individual, couple, or family.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and approaches.
  • Assist clients in building essential coping skills, refining problem-solving abilities, and utilizing effective stress reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and treatment modifications using EHR.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of therapy.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in therapeutic settings providing individual, couples, or family counseling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the team.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage your caseload, and prioritize client needs.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and technology relevant to mental health documentation and communication.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in therapy.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the latest therapeutic techniques.
  • Previous experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, flexible scheduling, and paid time off.
