Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and individualized interviews.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs, emphasizing evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, or family systems therapy.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
