Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health histories and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing personalized therapeutic modalities that promote client growth and healing.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed of the latest trends and evidence-based practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Inner Peace Oasis, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with relational issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your role will be critical in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters trust, understanding, and healing. You will also be equipped to provide specialized support for clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing your expertise to empower them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and a safe therapeutic alliance with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' narratives and experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and maintain timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in diverse clinical settings, particularly within community health clinics.
• Proficiency in providing teletherapy services and navigating virtual platforms for mental health treatment.
• A background in trauma-informed care and experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT or DBT.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
