You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, enabling effective collaboration while working from a comfortable home office equipped with the necessary resources for your role.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluative interviews to identify the specific mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to address each client's unique circumstances and mental health concerns.
• Actively collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to provide clients with coordinated, holistic care that incorporates all aspects of their well-being.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, assessing immediate needs and providing supportive strategies amid emergencies.
• Engage in outreach and educational community initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and eliminating stigma, further solidifying our center's role in the community.

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse range of clients from various demographic backgrounds. This role demands cultural competence to effectively engage with individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Clients may present issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex mental health disorders, affording you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience significantly.

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and facilitate therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when working with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate, timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.

• Experience in community mental health settings or similar environments, where client diversity is a key focus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to efficiently document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or initiatives designed to enhance mental health literacy.
