• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapy services adapted to meet individual client needs through methods such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans aimed at helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Monitor progress regularly, engaging clients in productive discussions about their experiences and outcomes throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets state regulatory guidelines while utilizing our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. Whether it’s managing trauma, anxiety, addiction, or relationship dynamics, our therapist's role is paramount in guiding patients on their journey toward healing and growth. Your experience and expertise will help create a supportive space for individuals and families to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is mandatory for independent practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver therapy to culturally diverse populations, with a strong understanding of prevailing mental health issues.
