The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, proven experience in upscale property management, and a passion for creating a best-in-class living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site team members to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and resident engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive NOI performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards.

  • Maintain the highest standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).

  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

Why Join PEM Residential

  • Owner-managed company with a supportive leadership team and direct decision-making.

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus structure.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

  • Career growth opportunities within a growing portfolio of high-quality communities.
