• Build therapeutic rapport with clients to foster trust and openness during counseling sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and evaluate client needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy options, while adapting approaches to suit different dynamics and needs.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive support and referrals as needed.
• Keep accurate and updated records of treatment sessions and patient progress in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrable experience working in clinical settings providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring best practices in workflow and documentation are upheld.

• Experience with population-specific concerns, such as family dynamics, trauma-informed care, and multicultural counseling practices, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual client engagement strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to family and marriage therapy.

You will receive a competitive salary that falls within the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
