• Act as a clinician both in the community and through virtual interactions, working directly with assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to provide targeted interventions aimed at promoting recovery and empowerment.
• Assist clients with crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support as needed during challenging situations.
• Monitor and document client progress through timely completion of reports and data submissions while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and maintain high performance standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects to optimize treatment outcomes.

You will serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, many of whom may face significant barriers to accessing mental health services. This role requires sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to approach individuals respectfully, fostering trust and rapport. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; an LCSW license is essential for this role.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, enabling you to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining detailed records.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
