In this role, you will support the day-to-day growth of our online community, helping AECO professionals connect, share innovations, and collaborate smoothly on our digital platforms.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Be the Voice: Act as the humanized voice of the Trimble Brand across key social platforms by communicating proactive and reactive social messaging and recommending relevant engaging content to support cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive Interaction: Engage in meaningful conversations with industry professionals and manage two-way conversations with Trimble users thoughtfully addressing and routing concerns through internal Trimble resources.

  • Community-Led Growth: Collaborate with content teams to support community-led growth by translating complex technology updates into snackable, community-first content.

  • UGC Curation: Nurture relationships with power users and source user-generated content from real-world job sites to highlight authentic customer stories. Support ambassador programs and Global Demand influencer marketing.

  • Active Listening: Monitor social channels using listening tools to identify industry trends and field friction points to share actionable data with product and marketing teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 3-5 years of experience working with social media and online communities for a B2B SaaS organization or media agency

  • Deep familiarity with visual storytelling platforms like Instagram and TikTok tailored for field-work audiences.

  • You possess exceptional communication skills, easily translating complex technical jargon into engaging, human-centric copy.

  • You are a data-driven marketer who utilizes analytics platforms to measure community engagement ROI.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience building successful social communities from the ground up, especially on Reddit or TikTok.

  • Hands-on experience using advanced social listening tools like Sprout Social or Brandwatch.

  • You speak the language of architects, structural engineers, and/or site superintendents with a solid understanding of BIM, CAD, project management, or reality capture workflows.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
