• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation uses a user-friendly therapist portal designed for efficiency.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatric providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Participate in an active therapist community where you will exchange insights and strategies with colleagues.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to inform and adjust treatment plans continually.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to clients, catering specifically to adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological disorders.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, addressing the needs of individuals grappling with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Every client interaction will be guided by our commitment to culturally responsive care—ensuring that you respect and integrate the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each individual into their treatment plans.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD).
• A valid and independent license in the state you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional state licenses considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to treating all populations with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong technological skills and a positive disposition toward integrating digital solutions into clinical practice.

• Experience working with diverse populations or specialized knowledge in specific mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices.
