Job description

Position Description: Executive Analyst
(Remote)
Who We Are: Redwood Communities, Inc. (Redwood Communities), an affiliate of Redwood Housing, is a multifamily property management organization that manages affordable housing communities throughout the country. To date, Redwood Communities has assembled a best-in-class team that currently manages a growing portfolio of properties and has built strong working relationships with government agencies and leading non-profit organizations to raise the standard of living for our communities.
Responsibilities:- Provide executive support to various executives (mainly the President) with complex organizational responsibilities.
- Independently complete assigned routine and non-routine tasks to meet goals and may work in a team or solo environment.
- Serve as the primary support and act as a liaison between the executive team and their organization
- Prepare a range of routine and non-routine correspondence according to company guidelines, policies, procedures
- Compile, process, and analyze data based on research and reporting and prepare roll-up and deep dive reporting for executive team. This includes monitoring and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Arrange/Coordinate meetings and conference calls in liaison with the executive team.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization on scheduling, communication, and follow-thru
- Develop relationships with executives clients and support teams.
- Manage complex calendars to ensure success of the executive team.
- Provide telephone support and email support to residents throughout the portfolio, direct resident concerns to the leadership, and track for internal purposes
- Maintain contact lists, distribution lists, etc.
Qualifications: At least 10 years property management experience.
Affordable Housing experience a plus.
Learning Management Software/Training experience helpful.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; expertise in OneSite and RealPage
Must be a PRO at Microsoft Excel.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, intuitive interpersonal skills and problem-solving
Outstanding time management and organizational skills ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment
High energy team player that is a self-starter who can work proactively with limited supervision
Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work flexible schedule to support 4 various time zones.
