• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that provide critical insights into clients' mental health histories, symptoms, and resilience factors.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that establish specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to client progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance care coordination and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at fostering community support and shared learning.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring the immediate wellbeing of clients during critical times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines as per the standards of practice.

Your role as a Marriage and Family Therapist will directly engage with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and assessment skills, essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is strongly preferred, providing insight into therapeutic practices and client management.
