Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health symptoms, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, establishing specific goals and interventions catered to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamlessly integrated care approach.
• Engage in crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring client safety through timely and appropriate safety planning.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for building therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
