Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges and strengths.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy by implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Create and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals to help clients attain measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
  • Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community among clients and encourage shared healing experiences.
  • Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning effectively, ensuring the well-being of clients in immediate distress.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, fully adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance for a variety of mental health issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds and experiences, providing you with the opportunity to utilize your skills across varied therapeutic contexts. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current, active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and diagnostic assessment skills.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote counseling is a plus and should enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
