We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our brands in the United States and Canada. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding dealer partnerships, strengthening our independent representative network, and increasing specification opportunities within the commercial furniture market.

We're seeking a relationship-driven sales professional with an established network within the commercial furniture industry who can hit the ground running. Job Description
  • Manage and support an established network of Independent Sales Representatives across the United States and Canada.
  • Leverage existing relationships with independent representative firms, commercial furniture dealers, architects, designers, and specification firms to grow sales while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Support Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions for independent representatives, dealers, architects, designers, and customers to increase product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Represent FUNC at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and industry associations.
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada to meet with customers, support independent representatives, deliver training, and strengthen key relationships.
  • Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of business development or sales experience within the commercial furniture, contract furniture dealer, specification, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and managing complex customer relationships.
  • An established network of relationships with independent representative firms, commercial furniture dealers, architects, designers, and specification firms, with a proven ability to convert those relationships into business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer training skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture, interior solutions, and specification sales is required.
  • Experience within the acoustics industry is considered an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada.
  • A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally (Canada) is required.
