About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, knowledgeable, and client-focused Commercial Real Estate Agent & Adviser to join our team. This is an opportunity for a new and experienced real estate professional who wants to learn and understands commercial properties, enjoys working directly with clients, and can provide strategic guidance throughout the acquisition, leasing, disposition, and investment process.

The ideal candidate will combine strong real estate sales and brokerage skills with the ability to act as a trusted commercial real estate adviser. You will work with property owners, investors, tenants, and prospective buyers to identify opportunities, evaluate properties, develop strategies, and successfully negotiate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in the purchase, sale, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, buyers, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business and commercial real estate opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, investment opportunities, leasing strategies, and transaction considerations.
  • Conduct property research, market analysis, comparable property analysis, and financial evaluations.
  • Prepare and present property and investment recommendations to clients.
  • Prospect for new clients advise current clients and develop a consistent pipeline of business.
  • Coordinate and negotiate offers, letters of intent, leases, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents.
  • Work closely with attorneys, lenders, property managers, contractors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities that may benefit clients and the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, properties, and transactions.
  • Represent the company professionally and provide a high level of service throughout the entire client relationship.

What We're Looking For

  • Active or new real estate salesperson or broker license in New York and Connecticut.
  • Commercial or Residential real estate experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market information and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Professional, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate technology.
  • Understanding of investment properties, leasing, and commercial real estate fundamentals is highly desirable.
