WHY THIS ROLE

A ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape a boutique firm's borrower-side CRE practice -- not a lateral into an established group where your lane is already drawn. ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll represent private investors, developers, and REITs in acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase and sale transactions -- drafting and negotiating PSAs, joint venture agreements, and related documentation. The role is designed for someone who can manage multiple deals simultaneously at various stages and is comfortable serving as the primary client contact throughout.
