We are currently seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation for our Real Estate Litigation practice with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosure and other secured creditor enforcement. The role involves:

• Independently handling all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings
• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers
• Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages
• Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals
• Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations


Qualifications: The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essential. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission preferred.
