Key Responsibilities

  • Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth, resilience, and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care focused on comprehensive mental health support.

  • Educate and empower clients and their families by providing resources and knowledge regarding mental health issues and treatment options, helping them navigate their challenges effectively.

You will work primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges, including trauma survivors, those with anxiety disorders, and clients experiencing depression. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to education and professional development.
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), reflecting your qualifications and dedication to high standards in the field.
