• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices and tailoring interventions to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth, resilience, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care focused on comprehensive mental health support.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning within the organization.
• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing resources and knowledge regarding mental health issues and treatment options, helping them navigate their challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research, integrating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach to enhance client outcomes.

You will work primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges, including trauma survivors, those with anxiety disorders, and clients experiencing depression. Our diverse clientele requires a thoughtful and individualized approach to care, and you will play a key role in developing trust and rapport with each patient, guiding them toward achieving their personal wellness goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to education and professional development.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), reflecting your qualifications and dedication to high standards in the field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing for personalized care tailored to the individual needs of clients.

While not mandatory, experience in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery settings, or working with diverse populations will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
