Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide counseling to a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport while maintaining ethical boundaries.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, incorporating diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Engage in individual supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other healthcare providers to enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Continually engage in professional development opportunities, including in-house training sessions and pursuing additional continuing education units (CEUs).

Qualifications
