The counselor will work primarily through telehealth platforms, offering flexible support for clients navigating various mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a productive caseload, forming trusting relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, discussing treatment plans, and determining appropriate discharge when clients are ready.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adjusting these plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
  • Document session notes, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best course of action.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and critical reflection on practice.
  • Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights, enhancing overall service quality.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and personal growth, embracing a growth mindset in practice and treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
