  • Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by embracing a growth mindset in all aspects of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with an outpatient population that includes diverse clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client will be crucial in promoting their healing and resilience.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in multi-disciplinary collaboration, enhancing care coordination among various providers.
  • Exposure to psychopharmacological approaches, enriching your therapeutic toolkit.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload capacity. The position operates on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
