The company focuses on professional, ethical, and compliant collection practices that protect client relationships while securing payment. Team members work with a variety of industries and account types, offering exposure to diverse business environments. C2C Resources values clear communication, persistence, and integrity in all interactions with clients and debtors.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Commercial Debt Collector role is based in Atlanta, GA. However, a remote position would be considered for the right candidate. The Commercial Debt Collector will manage a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts, contact businesses by phone and email, and negotiate payment arrangements that comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing account histories, documenting all communication in the system, updating account status, and following structured collection workflows. The role involves collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve complex cases, escalate issues when necessary, and meet individual and team collection targets. The Commercial Debt Collector will also communicate regularly with clients on account status and provide recommendations to improve collection outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, including experience negotiating payment plans and handling past-due commercial accounts.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, professional email writing, and the ability to explain account details and payment options.
