In this role, you will be primarily working with students in a school setting, addressed via remote sessions. This population often presents with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and learning disabilities. Your work will significantly affect their academic and personal lives, equipping them with essential coping skills and cognitive-behavioral strategies to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.

• Must possess a valid LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas.

• Prospective candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, ideally within school or pediatric settings.

• Proficiency in implementing solution-based interdisciplinary interventions is required.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, accompanied by strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Prior experience working in a school setting or with a pediatric population is highly desirable.

• Experience with telehealth practices, especially in creating engaging remote therapy sessions.
