  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols regarding subpoenas for records and participation in court proceedings.
  • Complete additional job-related duties and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily support children and adolescents within school settings, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social challenges. Your ability to understand each client’s cultural background will allow you to tailor your approach, fostering respectful and effective partnerships with clients and their families.

Qualifications
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California is required.
  • Strong understanding of the influence of culture on human behavior and an ability to deliver culturally sensitive services.
  • Proven commitment to establishing mutually respectful partnerships with clients and their families, empowering them to gain confidence and skills to manage their challenges.

  • A deep-seated belief in individuals' capacity for growth and change, fostering a constructive and holistic environment.
  • Ability to set appropriate boundaries while intervening to meet the needs of clients and their families.
Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience working within school systems or educational settings is advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (such as CBT or DBT) and knowledge of crisis intervention methods will also enhance your ability to provide optimal client support. A proactive approach to engaging with classroom dynamics and educator collaborations is highly valued in this role.
