• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy, aimed at addressing mental health challenges and fostering resilience.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client progress and treatment outcomes, complying with all legal and ethical regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educators within schools to create a comprehensive support network for clients, ensuring holistic care.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, guiding them through the complexities of mental health challenges.

Your primary focus will be on supporting children, adolescents, and their families within a school setting, addressing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
