Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Indiana. This role focuses on delivering therapy and clinical support to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges. The LCSW will assess needs, guide treatment, maintain documentation, and support clients through structured virtual care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct remote clinical assessments and client screenings
  • Deliver individual counseling through telehealth appointments
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Keep detailed and compliant clinical records
  • Track treatment progress and identify when changes are needed
  • Provide crisis support within scope and according to protocol

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
