• Assess and document client needs by conducting thorough evaluations, creating treatment plans, and setting achievable goals that align with clinical best practices.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating therapeutic activities that promote self-exploration and healing.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele at various stages of life, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Your work may involve addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and chronic health conditions, making it essential to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client. The position demands a compassionate and flexible mindset to support clients from all walks of life toward their mental wellness goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required, alongside 1-2 years of clinical internship experience.
• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for maintaining accurate client records and fostering collaborative relationships with team members.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Occasionally able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as necessary for office functions.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, are required to effectively perform paperwork and client assessments.

• Experience with treatment modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is highly preferred; certification is required for EMDR.
• Familiarity with health psychology principles, particularly in managing chronic health issues or pain management techniques.
• Prior experience in a community health setting can be beneficial for understanding the unique challenges faced by this patient demographic.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
