• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, utilizing a strengths-based approach and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, sharing insights and strategies to improve client care and outcomes.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them throughout their journey.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, ensuring that your practice incorporates cutting-edge insights and methodologies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will be tasked with understanding the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of your clients to tailor your approach accordingly. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Colorado.
• In-depth understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and an ability to apply these interventions effectively in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, essential for navigating complex client situations and guiding them towards positive outcomes.

• Experience working with diverse client populations and various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain documentation and client data securely.
