As a fully remote telehealth provider based in Denver, Colorado, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's individual needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective change and growth in clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Participate in regular consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the overall effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and integrate new findings into daily practice.

Our team serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with severe mental health issues, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic anxiety, and major depressive disorder. We prioritize creating a safe and welcoming environment that respects each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds, tailored to meet the varying needs of the populations we serve.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy approaches, with a strong ability to customize interventions for individual client needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build exceptional therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable you to navigate complex situations and optimize client outcomes.
• Desire to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support fellow colleagues in their professional development.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families facing various socioeconomic and cultural challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in remote therapy delivery.
• Prior clinical experience in environments that emphasize a holistic and integrative approach to mental health care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
