Job Summary
The Provost Office at CU Boulder encourages applications for a Temporary Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves managing communications, organizing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This position will support the shared services units (Human Resources, Budget, and Finance) to provide daily administrative support.

Who We Are
The Provost Office is the face of the Division of Academic Affairs, as such the work unit is oriented toward providing service that supports the institution's academic role and the mission. The Division of Academic Affairs is led by the Provost, and exists to nurture, foster and support the development of outstanding academic research and instructional programs on the University of Colorado Boulder campus to ensure our students are offered academic excellence in their undergraduate and graduate educations.
