Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in internal consultations and collaborative supervision with fellow clinicians to enhance service delivery and integrate multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Participate in team meetings and committees focused on advancing clinical practices and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide specialized clinical services for specific programs or initiatives, adapting treatment modalities as necessary.
  • Meet defined individual and departmental goals, tracking progress using Key Performance Indicators and activity metrics.

  • Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds and ensure compliance with vision-related tasks.
