Our Newest Opportunity:
The Account Manager plays a vital support role within our Private Client personal lines team, assisting Account Executives in delivering seamless service to High-Net-Worth Clients. You will ensure efficient operations, accurate processing, and timely follow-up, helping the team maintain the highest standards of Private Client care.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of Private Client accounts, including
processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes.
• Assist in preparing Private Client proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Private Client records in Applied Epic, ensuring all
documentation is complete and compliant.
• Liaise with carriers (AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE, Travelers, Safeco and E&S markets) to
obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve service issues for Clients.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items, such as underwriting requirements, payments,
and policy documents for Private Client accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claims status, escalating
complex issues to Account Executives as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials and
communications.
• Monitor renewal timelines and assist with renewal processing to ensure no lapses in
coverage.
• Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.
• Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with High Net Worth
Private Clients.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati,
PURE.
• Familiarity with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
