Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies to aid in the evaluation and treatment processes.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies alongside pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.
  • Keep meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with community resources, state agencies, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care.
  • Actively participate in professional development activities, staying informed about advancements in social work and behavioral health.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients, guiding them toward beneficial resources and support networks.
  • Engage in agency-wide initiatives and contribute to maintaining accreditation standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall team objectives.

Qualifications
