Job description

Part-Time Remote CEO Guest Outreach & Booking Coordinator

Remote | Part-Time | $25/hour | Long-Term Opportunity

Executive Leaders Radio is looking for a motivated, resourceful self-starter to contact and book CEOs and senior business leaders as guests on our nationally recognized business radio show and podcast.

This is an outbound outreach and booking role. The right person will be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to people they don't know, following up consistently, and turning prospective guests into confirmed interviews.

What You'll Do

  • Contact prospective CEO and senior executive guests by phone and email to introduce Executive Leaders Radio and invite them to participate in our radio show and podcast
  • Clearly communicate the value of participating in the show
  • Navigate executive assistants, communications teams, and other gatekeepers when necessary
  • Follow up consistently with prospective guests
  • Manage multiple leads and conversations at different stages of the booking process
  • Turn outreach into confirmed interviews
  • Keep accurate records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and booking

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
  • Persistent and willing to follow up
  • Resourceful when the obvious approach doesn't work
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads independently
  • Comfortable communicating with CEOs and other senior executives
  • Motivated by measurable results and confirmed bookings
  • Able to work independently and manage their time in a remote environment

Experience in media booking, recruiting, sales, business development, public relations, fundraising, or executive outreach can be especially valuable.

Professional Expectations

Because this role involves direct interaction with CEOs and senior executives, professionalism is essential. Team members may occasionally participate in or observe Zoom interviews, recordings, and Zoom meetings with business leaders and should be comfortable representing Executive Leaders Radio in those settings.

A professional, business-appropriate appearance and environment are expected whenever participating on camera, along with professional communication by phone, email, and video.

About Executive Leaders Radio

The Opportunity

This is a remote, part-time role paying $25 per hour, with the potential to become a long-term opportunity.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of getting a prospective guest on the phone, communicating the value of the opportunity, navigating gatekeepers, following up consistently, and ultimately getting the guest booked.
