Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Lynn County Healthcare System

Lynn County Healthcare System is seeking an experienced hospital CFO to join its executive leadership team.

We’re looking for a hands‑on financial leader who understands hospital finance and can help drive long‑term financial stability—not just report the numbers.

What you’ll lead:
  • Financial strategy, forecasting & budgeting
  • Cash flow and liquidity management
  • Revenue integrity & reimbursement
  • Accounting and financial operations
  • Board and CEO financial presentations
  • Leadership of the Controller and finance team
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of hospital financial management experience
  • Previous hospital CFO experience required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle
  • Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
  • TruBridge experience is a plus
