  • Deliver monthly executive reports to leadership detailing channel efficacy, pipeline health, and top-line growth impact.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Hire, mentor, and structure the marketing team, contractors, and agency partners to support enterprise expansion.
  • Set clear KPIs, workflow standards, and performance goals for all marketing team members.

Qualifications & Required Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Required
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years directly leading and building marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success building and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across paid media, organic channels, email automation, and funnels

  • Strong analytical capability with direct experience managing enterprise marketing budgets and establishing ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS tracking models

  • Marketing experience spanning tax, finance/accounting, coaching, educational platforms, personal brands, or high-touch service-based business models
  • Experience operating within a shared-services or multi-entity enterprise framework

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strategic leadership capacity with the tactical agility to oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns hands-on.
  • Financial and analytical acumen to connect marketing expenditures directly to unit economics and revenue generation.
  • Fluency in modern AI-driven tools and workflow automation to maximize team speed and output efficiency.
  • Strong executive communication skills to articulate campaign performance, strategic plans, and budget allocations to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities to balance competing demands across distinct business lines simultaneously.
