• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client mental health improvement.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal dynamics, fostering deeper self-awareness.
• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and articulate personal goals, empowering them to embark on their healing journey.
• Evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop tailored, solution-focused treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

Our clients primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful engagement. We pre-screen all clients to ensure they are appropriate matches for telehealth therapy, and we match you based on your specialties and demographic preferences. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as an independent mental health professional, such as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be free of any disciplinary actions affecting practice.
• Strong aptitude for making professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a supportive demeanor, conducive to building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in technology, with the capability to utilize digital tools effectively in delivering care.

• A demonstrated track record of providing individual therapy.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms or virtual therapy modalities is a plus.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship counseling may enhance client matching.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
