• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to support clients in improving their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions encouraging clients to explore their emotions and experiences, leading to personal insights and relational understanding.
• Actively advocate for clients, guiding them in defining achievable goals while promoting their self-empowerment.
• Thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop and implement actionable treatment plans utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and resources relevant to mental health counseling.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals who are prescreened and assessed to have stable mental health needs with low acuity. This ensures that our therapists work with clients who can benefit greatly from therapeutic interventions without overwhelming demands. This focus provides a pathway for therapists to facilitate meaningful progress for their clients.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and independent license to practice in the state (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) – provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Proven ability to assess, evaluate, and make informed recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, exhibiting empathy and a supportive demeanor towards clients.
• Competence with technology and strong computer literacy for managing online resources and client interactions efficiently.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling environment is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus, as we value inclusion in our practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms will enhance your integration into our team.
